On August 19, 2010 an unidentified black female in a multi-colored dress with a hat and sunglasses was seen in survellience footage making unauthorized transactions with a stolen debit card. Her image is pictured below.

Rape and Child Molestation

Carlos Rivera is wanted for Rape and Child Molestation charges. The tattoo pictured below is located on his left upper arm.

Armed Robbery
Location: 700 North Davis Drive, Warner Robins

On April 22, 2010 an unidentified black male robbed the Citgo convenience store at 700 North Davis Drive.
The suspect was wearing a black skull cap, black hooded shirt, red pants, and sunglasses with silver around the frames.

Suspect Description:
Black Male
Height: 5'9' - 5'11"
Weight: 200 - 220

Financial Transacation Card Fraud
Date/Time of Occurrence: March 19, 2010 at 1:30 P.M.
Location: Walmart, 2720 Watson Blvd.

Walmart surveillance shows a younger black male (white shirt and khaki pants) attempting to purchase a
television with a card that has a victim's identification on it. This younger black male (pictured below)
is the same person who attempted to shoplift items a couple of days later at Walmart and was stopped by security.
He fled, leaving the items behind.

Shoplifting
Location: Walmart (Watson Blvd. & Booth Rd.)

This unidentified black male tried to leave a local Walmart store with two bags of dog food.
When a Walmart employee asked him for his receipt, the suspect handed the employee a fake receipt.
When questioned about the items, the suspect snatched the receipt back and sprayed the empolyee
in the face with chemical agent. The suspect fled the business.

Black Male
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 190 - 220 pounds

The suspect has short hair with a trimmed beard/goatee. He was wearing a black leather jacket at the time of the incidemt.
