Entry Level Assessment Center
The Warner Robins Police Department utilizes a formal assessment center as part of the selection criteria for entry level police officers. As an assessment candidate you will participate in a series of exercises throughout the course of the entire day. The candidates will be observed and evaluated on their performance in each situation with reference to a number of characteristics important to the role of a police officer. Each assessment center begins promptly at 8:00 A.M. and lasts until approximately 5:00 P.M. Appropriate business attire is required for entry into the assessment area. Candidates who do not meet the prescribed standards will be dismissed from the process. If you need additional information contact the test administrator.

Performance acceptable but rarely top-notch. Performance on dimension consistently at at normally expected level. |

Effective |
Performance at very high level. Demonstrates unusual proficiency and very good ability. Performance frequently, but not always, exceeds normally expected standards. |

Performance clearly, consistently, noticeably outstanding. Demonstrates extremely high degree of proficiency. Performance is top-notch and always far exceeds normally expected standards. |
