Call the Warner Robins Police Department at 478.929.1170 to find out where the vehicle was towed.
2. Do I need a vehicle release form? A vehicle release form is needed only when a car was towed for an arrest or a specific circumstance. Release forms are not given for accidents. 3. Where do I get a release form and what do I need to bring with me? What is the cost? Release forms can be obtained from the Front Desk Operator at the Warner Robins Police Department. The registered owner must present valid picture identification as well as proof of insurance and registration. If the registered owner is unable to present theirselves get the release form; a signed, notorized statement from the registered owner must be presented to the Front Desk Operator in order for a vehicle to be released. There is no cost for the vehicle release form. The tow company; however, may assess charges for their services. 4. Can I call to inquire if I or another person has an open warrant? Front Desk Operators are not permitted to disclose warrant information over the phone. The person must come to the Warner Robins Police Department and present valid picture identification to the Front Desk Operator in order to get information on a warrant pertaining to his or herself. You may also call Court Services at 478.322.0240 Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 5. Can the Warner Robins Police Department dispatch an officer to my location even if I do not have an emergency? Houston County Enchanced 911 is the central dispatch for all of Houston County. This means all official emergency and non-emergency calls are directed to the Houston County Enhanced 911 center. Please be aware Front Desk Operators are not authorized to dispatch officers to any location. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
