Records Division

The Records Division is responsible for the storage of all reports filed by the Warner Robins Police Department. It handles all requests by the public for copies of official police reports Records Clers processes all police related open record requests forwarded through the City of Warner Robins and all expungement requests.

Please note the Records Division cannot fax reports.


Traffic Accident Reports
Traffic accident reports may be picked up at the Warner Robins Police Department or printed through Police 2 Citizen. Certain information is required to access accident reports through P2C.

Arrest Expungement - $25.00
The packet will be returned to the applicant once the expungement is complete. The applicant is responsible for forwarding the packet to the Georgia Crime Information Center with an additional $25.00. Applications must be submitted to the Records Division.

Georgia Criminal History Record Check - $20.00
A consent form will be required for each record check through the Georgia Crime Information Center. Applications must be submitted to the Records Division.

Please note the Warner Robins Police Department Record Division is no longer able to fingerprint for the general public. You may contact the Georgia Applicant Processing Services (GAPS) to process your fingerprints. They may be contacted at 1-888-439-2512 or visit their website.
